Are you passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a nurturing and secure environment for children? Ages in Stages Childcare is seeking a dedicated Childcare Teacher to join our team. We are looking for an individual who aligns with our mission and values to make a positive impact on the growth and development of children in our care. Responsibilities: Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that encourages play-based learning and fosters the holistic development of each child. Create a safe and nurturing environment where children’s health and safety are top priorities. Foster curiosity and engage children in educational activities. Maintain open communication with children, families, and colleagues. Collaborate with families to support children’s growth and development. Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies. Support and promote our mission of providing quality childcare.

  • Qualifications – Required skills and experience:

Minimum of a high school diploma (ECE credential preferred). Experience working in a childcare or early education setting is a plus. Must speak and understand English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, responsible, and committed to the well-being of children. Previous experience working with students in a classroom, nannying, or babysitting role. Strong understanding of behavior management techniques Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in caregiving CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

  • This is a Full Time position. Compensation: $19-23
  • Benefits:
