Illness that requires a staff person to be gone more than two days. 5.333 hours per month (total of 64 hours for the year)
PTO accrual rate increases with length of employement (14 hours per month from hire date through 2nd year, up to 18 hours per month after 6 years of employment).
BrightSpark closes for a couple weeks every year with no need to use PTO. Refresh weeks will be paid days off. In 2022 our Refresh Weeks were July 5-8 and December 27-31.
