We are looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic Assistant Teacher to support daily operations in our licensed in-home childcare in Renton. Responsibilities include supervising children, assisting with activities, helping with meals/snacks, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting children’s emotional and developmental needs throughout the day.

  • Qualifications – Required skills and experience:

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates should demonstrate a warm, patient, reliable, and professional approach when working with young children. Prior experience in early childhood education or childcare is preferred but not required. Applicants must be willing to complete Washington State DCYF required trainings, including Child Care Basics, CPR/First Aid, bloodborne pathogens training, MERIT registration, and Portable Background Check clearance prior to starting employment. English communication skills are required. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and is willing to grow professionally in the childcare field.
