Description
This 2.5-hour training is designed to empower educators and
early childhood professionals to recognize and celebrate the
brilliance of Black boys in early learning environments.
Participants will explore how narratives, biases, and systemic
challenges impact Black boys’ experiences in and out of school
and learn how to replace deficit-based views with affirming,
asset-based practices.
