The Art of Decision Making: Regulation, Clarity, and Capacity for Leading with Intention and Authenticity

This training explores essential leadership strategies for making intentional decisions, supporting and celebrating staff, and managing conflict effectively. Participants will reflect on how to align daily decisions with their program’s vision and long-term goals, provide meaningful staff recognition that supports retention, and navigate conflict. Through practical strategies and reflective discussion, leaders will strengthen their ability to communicate effectively, navigate discomfort, empower staff, and foster a positive, supportive, and productive workplace culture. 

 

Lead, Manage, and Grow: Building Successful Teams

Leading and managing are the yin and yang of being an effective early learning program administrator: interconnected, constantly changing, and complementary skill sets.  In this workshop, we will explore ways of drawing on both to engage staff and help them grow into their roles – with benefits such as stronger staff retention, greater continuity of care, and higher quality outcomes.
