Building Structures that Prevent Expulsion (Afternoon) (HUEC 2026)

Description

This leadership-focused training examines how program structures, policies, and leadership decisions either prevent or accelerate expulsion in early learning settings. Participants will identify system-level patterns that increase exclusionary discipline and explore leadership practices that promote accountability without exclusion. The session centers leadership responsibility in building cultures where staying in community with families is non-negotiable.
