Kaleidoscope Play & Learn is a free, fun, community-based early childhood program offered by Smart Start of New Hanover County that brings together caregivers and young children for play, learning, and support. Through engaging activities, parent education, and community connection, Kaleidoscope helps strengthen early learning and family wellbeing.
