
Stress is how the body prepares for and responds to change.
Sometimes a person’s response to stress is positive, sometimes
it’s negative. Everyone responds differently. Children will need
help when having stress-filled moments. In this training we’ll
discuss strategies caregivers can lead with children to cope with
stress.
