Job stress among early childhood professionals continues to be a concern at the national level. When you are not able to cope with constant changes and increased demands, you may not be able to provide quality teaching and learning experiences. Building Your Bounce takes advantage of technology in order to deliver a reflective learning experience designed to promote adult resilience. This training will guide you through reflective activities and life application exercises. Our goal is to provide you with an opportunity to self-reflect on your own well-being and then take action to better support your resilience.
Must take part 1 AND 2, no partial credit will be given.
