About KCELC

The King County Early Learning Coalition (KCELC)  is a community of early learning stakeholders from a variety of sectors with diverse perspectives, educational experiences, and cultural/ethnic backgrounds. We are a collective that prioritizes the voices, well-being, and needs of Black, Indigenous, and other children and families of color in early childhood education and early development.

Washington Communities for Children

KCELC is a proud partner and member of Washington Communities for Children (WCFC). WCFC is a regional coalition network of ten Early Learning Regional Coalitions serving Washington State, with a mission to connect local and statewide efforts to improve the well-being of children, families, and communities.
