  • Qualifications – Required skills and experience:

WA State ECE Certificate or a degree in Early Childhood Education or Education Minimum 1 year of experience in a school or childcare setting Ability to meet WA State licensing and staff file requirements Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage warmly with families and colleagues Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education

  • This is a Full Time Compensation: $23.00 – 30.00/hour, depending on education and experience Bonus: $3,000 hiring bonus (paid after 120 days post-hire)
